4. Restocking Fee

A 12% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total for all approved returns.
This fee applies in cases of:

  • Faulty or defective products

  • Incorrect items received

  • Change of mind

The restocking fee helps cover inspection, processing, and packaging costs.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)
