You may request a return or refund if:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty, damaged, or incorrect item)

4. Restocking Fee

A 12% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee covers inspection, processing, and repackaging costs.

It applies in cases of:

  • Change of mind

  • Faulty or defective products

  • Incorrect items received

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional giveaways

6. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

    • Reason for return (faulty, wrong product, change of mind)

    • Short description of the issue

8. Shipping Information

  • We use Australia Post for both outbound and return shipments

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location

  • Customers may use Australia Post or another reliable courier for returns

  • A tracking number must be provided for all return shipments
